  2. Processing Notification: When your order enters our fulfillment process (typically within 1-2 business days), you'll receive another email update.
  3. Shipping Notification: Once your package is dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing:
    • Your tracking number
    • Carrier information
    • Estimated delivery date
  4. In-Transit Updates: Your tracking number will provide real-time updates as your package moves through the carrier's network.
  5. Delivery Notification: You'll receive a final notification when your package has been delivered.

How to Track Your Package

You have several options to track your NixieTresor order:

Option 1: Track Through Our Website

  1. Log in to your NixieTresor account
  2. Go to "My Orders" section
  3. Click on "Track Order" next to your recent purchase
  4. View real-time shipping updates

Option 2: Track Through Carrier Website

Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier's official website (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).

Option 3: Use a Universal Tracking Service

  3. Select the carrier if known (optional)

Tracking FAQs

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Tracking numbers may take 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier's system after dispatch. If your tracking still isn't working after this period, please contact our customer service.

First check with neighbors or your building management. If still missing, contact the carrier directly, then reach out to our support team if unresolved.

How long does international shipping take?
