At NixieTresor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
• Original proof of purchase is required
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned
• Face masks must be returned in unopened, original packaging for hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return
3. We will email you a return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Package the item securely and include all original packaging and documentation

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a free return and replacement or full refund.

International Returns

Customers outside our primary shipping regions may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Please contact us before returning international orders.

Final Sale Items

Clearance items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
