NixieTresor offers worldwide shipping through trusted carriers. Processing time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
• Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (additional fees apply)
• Local Delivery (Germany): 2-5 business days

Delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination country
• Package weight/dimensions
• Selected shipping method

Free standard shipping on orders over €150 (EU) / €250 (international).

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking numbers sent via email once shipped. Track your package through our website or carrier's portal.

Customs & Import Taxes

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Some countries may have restrictions on jewelry imports.

Damaged/Lost Packages
